Find the right page in the customer portal

A quick overview of requests, quotes, jobs, projects, invoices, and deviations.

The portal shows information your service provider has shared with you. The pages and actions available depend on your access and the features your provider has enabled.

Pages in the menu

  • Home: Your overview of upcoming and active jobs, quotes to review, and projects. Payment information and booking invitations appear when available.

  • Requests: Follow enquiries registered with your provider and check their status. Open a request to see its details, attachments, and any assessment visit information.

  • Quotes: Read what the provider offers and the price. You can accept, decline, or request changes when those options are available.

  • Jobs: See the individual jobs to be carried out, including status, dates, and address. Open a job to find shared documents, forms to complete, and reports.

  • Projects: See related work in one place. A project can bring together several jobs, plans, invoices, documents, and deviations.

  • Invoices: Check amounts, due dates, and payment status. Open an invoice to see its details and pay online when offered.

  • Booking: Request a new job with a description and preferred time. This page appears when your provider has enabled booking; the provider confirms the final time.

Deviations in a project

Under Projects, open a project and find Deviations when this section is enabled. Follow reported issues, check their status, and open the linked job and form for details. You can report a deviation from a customer form when that option is available.
