Keep the operational information for a job together on its details page.
Find and open a job
Open Jobs.
Use quick search, dates, statuses, employees, resources, tags, or a saved view to narrow the list.
Switch between list and map view when location is useful.
Select a job row to open it.
Update the job
Review and maintain the parts that apply to the work:
title, description, tags, and customer contact
execution date, start time, estimated duration, and driving time
assigned employees and resources
work address
order lines, checklists, files, notes, time tracking, and timeline
Select the status badge to choose an available job status. The available statuses and actions depend on the job type and its current state.
Editable sections save through their own controls. Review dates, assignments, and order lines after making a change because these details affect planning, employee work, and invoicing.
If a job does not appear
Clear quick search and any saved view.
Widen the execution-date range and include the relevant active, completed, or archived statuses.
Remove employee, resource, and tag filters, especially when the job may not be assigned yet.
For repeating work, open the linked order and check that its job plan is active and has generated work for the expected date.
Check the order and timeline before creating anything new. This prevents a second job from being created for work that already exists under another date or status.
If the job is still absent after those checks, note the customer, order, expected date, and job-plan name before contacting support.
